Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
All shipments from Rolling Ace will arrive in discreet packaging without revealing the contents of the shipment.
The name "Rolling Ace" will not appear on the packaging. Shipment will come from "Brizzo Inc".
Free shipping may be offered from time to time on our website.
When Free Shipping promotions are in effect, orders destined to major urban areas as determined by the carrier will be eligible for Free Shipping. We will contact you with additional charges if your order ships to a remote area as determined by the carrier. At that point you will have a choice of either paying for additional shipping charges or canceling your order.
Orders returned to us by the carrier due to incomplete or invalid shipping address provided by the customer will be treated as customer returns. Please see "RETURNS" section below for details.
We carefully package each order prior to shipping. In an unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, make sure to take pictures of the damage, including exterior box damage and damaged product pictures and email it to us within 72 hours of receipt. Replacement products will be shipped to you at our expense.
Products damaged in transit must be reported within 72 hours of receipt, unfortunately past that time we won't be able to file a claim with the carrier and reimburse you.

RETURNS

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction with every order.
All returns will be charged 20% restocking fee. In addition, actual shipping expenses incurred in shipping / returning this order will be withheld from the refund, unless the return is due to our mistake.
If you decide to return damaged product instead of having replacement shipped to you, this return will be treated as regular return and restocking fees will apply to this return, actual shipping expenses incurred in shipping this order to you will be also deducted.

You will also be responsible for return shipping costs, except if the return is due to our mistake.Make sure you set up your return for new and unused products within 30 calendar days of receiving your products, send the product(s) back unused and sealed in original packaging, and we will promptly issue refund (less shipping expenses and restocking fee).

To setup your return, please make sure of the following:

  • All returned merchandise must be unused in new, resalable condition, sealed in original packaging
  • Returned product(s) must be packaged with original packaging
  • There can't be any writing or labels on the packaging of the product
  • Clearance Items, Discontinued Items or items clearly marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return

Rolling Ace will not be held responsible for any labour costs or fees which occur as result of installation of wrong or defective parts.


RETURNS PROCESS

Follow these simple instructions to make your return:

  • Email us at support@rollingace.com to setup your return and receive an RMA number and return address
  • Returned product(s) must be packaged in unused, new condition, sealed in original packaging and include all manuals, certificates, etc.
  • Ship your merchandise to the return address within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number
  • RMA number must be included on shipping label to ensure you receive your refund
  • It is recommended to return product(s) in an outer protective box to ensure protection of original packaging materials
  • We recommend returning product(s) via UPS or insured parcel post for proof of delivery

GENERAL RULES

  • All returns must be received at our warehouse within 2 weeks of RMA issuance date
  • Items received past this date will not be eligible for refund
  • Items shipped without a valid RMA number on shipping label will not be eligible for refund
  • Items received in non resalable condition will not be eligible for refund
  • Notification will be sent by email should your return not be accepted.
  • If you return was rejected, items will be resent to you upon receipt of your payment of freight charges. Items will be deemed abandoned if we have not received your payment of freight charges within 30 days


REFUNDS

  • We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the return item(s)
  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your product(s) at our warehouse
  • Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to post on your statement

FREIGHT DAMAGE:
Please inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Some items are fragile and may sustain damage during shipping, even if the outer carton appears to be in good condition. If the merchandise has been damaged during shipment, be sure to notify us 72 hours of receiving the item, allowing proper time to file a claim through the carrier. A claim will be filed with the carrier to credit your account for the damaged product(s), which we will replace at no cost. If the damaged product is repairable with replacement parts, these parts will be shipped to you at no cost.
Rolling Ace will not be responsible for expedited shipping of any replacement parts or products.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Rolling Ace either directly or on our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
